Workshop Services

We offer full workshop service and setup for all makes and models of suspension. To ensure you have the right set up to make the bike handle the best way possible. For more information about any of our services please contact us

Fork Service and Revalve

Fork Service

Completely strip forks, clean and inspect also check for straightness of the inner and outer tubes. Replace oil seals and if required change the dusts seals and bushes. Rebuild and replace with new fork oil

Fork Revalve

Same process as the fork service, but also change the shim stack Revalve to tailor to the riders ability and requirements.

Also we check the springs are correct for the rider’s weight
Shock Service and Revalve

Shock Service and Revalve

Shock Service

Completely strip, clean and inspect shock for any wear or damaged parts. Replace the main seal, dust seals and bushes if required. Re-build on purpose built vacuum pump and re-gas with nitrogen

Bladder Conversions are also available

Shock Revalve

Same process as the shock service, but also change the shim stack along with reshaping, polishing and flatbed the faces of the piston. All revalves will be done to specific specifications tailored for the rider’s requirements.
Wheel Building

Wheel Building

Prior to wheel building we can transform old tired hubs and rims into new shiny ones by powder coating both rims and hubs or optional on the rims is anodizing but this depends on the rim condition. Sandblast hubs to give a new look.

All spoke and rim kits are available in a variety of colours.

Strip wheels then rebuild wheels with correct offset and re-trude wheel to factory tolerances depending on condition of rims.
Dent Blowing & Exhaust Repairs

Dent Blowing & Exhaust Repairs

If you damage your exhaust it can be straightened and cracks can be welded this includes titanium for both 2 strokes and 4 strokes. We can re-pack exhausts. Also we can modify your exhaust system tailored to engine specifications.
Crank Pressing

Crank Pressing

Crank is separated using a press, webs are cleaned, new rod kit pressed in place with a preset tolerance on end float, re-true and balance crankshaft to maximum tolerance 0.0020 in across the entire length of crankshaft.

Engine Re-Building

We provide a comprehensive engine rebuilding service for both two stroke and four stroke engines including crankcase repairs in both aluminum and magnesium. We completely strip the engine thoroughly clean every individual internal part. Inspect all internal components and measure tolerances and re-build with all required parts. All thread repairs undertaken. Also, give your engine a facelift by sandblasting all external components to give a new look.
Two Stroke Tuning

Two Stroke Tuning

Two Stroke Tuning

Maximise the potential power and efficiency of the engine. We tailor the tuning to any specific requirements for the individual rider by using port direction.

All cylinders are measured as standard and the port dimension are worked out using port time area. This determines the maximum size to enlarge a port. If the port is over enlarged then the engine will quite often be slower and more unreliable than a stock engine.

Once the port dimension are worked out and piston height is obtained I can start working out the direction of the ports to obtain the power characteristics that are required, Then the ports will be polished or honed depending on the requirements. All cylinders will be matched for the maximum flow from the crankcase,

Cylinder Head will be measured for the compression ratio, the squish band will be re-cut and a new compression ratio will be set and finally polished.

All pistons will be modified and lightened if needed to relieve any stress.

Crankcases can also be modified for the tuning process to maximise flow and crankcase compression, in turn raising the pumping action.

All two stroke carbs can be modified to maximise flow or enlarge the bore size. Also we can provide a vacuum timed power nozzle kit that will increase the bottom to mid range power. We also provide a very precise jetting service using road dyno technology. All Japanese 125 machines can be converted to a 144 cc. All ports will be modified to specific specifications using port time area and bore/stroke. The crankcases will be modified to allow for the new stroke of the piston.
Four Stroke Tuning

Four Stroke Tuning

Four Stroke Tuning

Four Stroke Tuning

All standard cylinder heads will be measured in the stock form and all port dimensions will be worked out using valve time area and volumes to correspond with final engine specifications (bigger is not always better).

If a port is over enlarged and the engine is not capable of pushing and pulling the gases the engine will be slower than its stock forms.

Once the port dimensions are worked out the angles and flow direction will be carried out removing any mechanical restrictions. Then the exhaust port will be polished and the inlet port will be honed to maximum flow efficiency. The combustion changer will be re-shaped and polished to correspond with required compression ratio then the head will be skimmed to meet with requirements.

We are able to supply a range of very high performance cam shafts. Also provide high tension valve springs and retainers if necessary to bring the engine upto GP specifications.

In certain circumstances we put in Beryllium Cooper Valve Seats to save on valve damage due to high revs and high valve spring tensions.
